TEA AND HEALTH 5 CUPS A DAY
Another new study from the Harvard School of Medicine reports tea drinking is good for your health.
Drinking 5 cups per day can have a significant effect on your immune system. The chemical,
L-theanine, isolated in tea leaves of the typical tea tree, Camellia Senesis, helps the immune
system cells attack bacteria, viruses and even some fungii. Earlier studies have shown a lower risk
of heart disease, cancer and osteoporosis among tea-drinkers, from the component of flavonoids in
tea, a type of antioxidant. Keep drinking tea - It's good for your health!
